What does it mean if the line of one exchange office in the monitoring table has a paler tone compared to others?
When using the Calculator function, some lines from the list of exchange offices may appear gray in cases where:
- the exchange office does not have enough reserve to carry out the exchange with the amount indicated in the calculator;
- the exchange office has set a minimum exchange amount, and the amount indicated in the calculator is not sufficient to carry out the exchange.
The gray color of the exchange office means that the exchange cannot be carried out. |
